This violin is made from a personal Del Gesù Avio model using a one-piece back cut on the quarter from European maple. The curl is of medium width and ascends to the right. The scroll and ribs are of similar wood. The one-piece top is of European spruce and broadens toward the flanks. The violin is finished with a red-orange varnish on a golden ground and is lightly antiqued.
