This violin is crafted from a personal Guarneri del Gesù' model using a one-piece back cut on the quarter from European maple. The curl is of medium width and ascends to the bass side. The scroll is of is of broader wood and the ribs are of same wood. The two-piece top is of narrow grain Italian spruce and even toward the flanks. The violin violin is finished with a red-orange varnish on a golden ground and is lightly antiqued.
